Business Development Manager
Responsibilities:
- Present and sell company's art production and game development services to potential clients.
- Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets, discuss and update the plans with the company’s management team.
- Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.
- Help establish a sustainable sales pipeline
- Prepare and give presentations.
- Establish and maintain client relationships.
- Prepare weekly status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.
- Communicate new service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered to the company’s management team.
- Participate in trade shows and other marketing events
Qualifications:
- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role.
- Proven sales track record.
- Experience in video game industry and/or IT services field is a plus.
- Proficiency in English.
- Able to work independently, self starter and positive mindset.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to develop and deliver presentations.
- Research skills to determine potential prospects
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Game Design, Art and Animation preferred
Game Producer
Responsibilities:
- Work With Management: Drive project success by working with Executive Producer and Art Director
Communication:
- Cross Group Co ordination: Works with external teams towards a common goal. Ensure client requirements and feedback are properly communicated and understood by all team members.
- File Delivery: In charge of daily and weekly submissions of critical deliverables to clients.
- Meeting Support: Create and schedule meetings that have clear agenda’s and objectives.
- Note Taking: Take meeting notes and generate action items
Scheduling and tracking:
- Scheduling: Create and maintain schedules
- Reporting: Create and distribute reports detailing progress, success and failures of updates and features.
- Critical Issue Response: Respond to urgent business impacting problems to manage critical fixes.
- Process Improvement: Help Executive Producer and Art Director document best practices and lessons learned. Create processes, guidelines, and templates which can help the development team to improve the quality of work.
- Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs. For example, game testing and bug tracking
Qualifications:
- Organized, self-motivated, dedicated, hard-working, with a strong sense of accountability.
- Previous Game Development experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with a large amount of ambiguity and adapt easily to change.
- Manage multiple tasks and projects, switching focus and priorities to respond to business needs.
- Passion for video games.
- Microsoft Office Experience: Outlook, Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint.
- Familiar with popular project management tools such as Basecamp and Trello.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Game Design or Game Production.
Game Designer
Responsibilities:
- Game Mechanic Design
- Level Design
- Design User Interface and Use Experience
- Testing, Debugging, and Analyzing
Qualifications:
- Organized, self-motivated, dedicated, hard-working, with a strong sense of accountability.
- Previous Game Design and Development experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with a large amount of ambiguity and adapt easily to change.

- Passion for video games.
- Strong knowledge of Human-Computer Interaction, User Testing, Usability and User Experience.
- Strong knowledge of game software technology and game art production.
